Steam sterilizers use pressurized saturated steam to quickly and reliably sterilize items. They are suitable for use in healthcare, scientific research, agriculture, and other sectors. They typically output temperature, time, pressure, and other information during the sterilization process in graphical form.
Causes and Solutions for Wet Bags in Pressure Steam Sterilizer:
After sterilization, if the cloth bag is found to be damp, this is generally caused by excessive steam humidity or a short drying time. Wet bags can also be caused by excessively large bags, poor drainage in the jacket or sterilization chamber traps, or improper placement of items. In this case, do not over-open the main steam and water valves to prevent water from entering the sterilizer. Open the inner chamber bypass 2-3 times for 10-20 seconds each time, increase the drying time, reduce the size of the cloth bag, check the inner cylinder exhaust port for debris, and inspect the jacket and inner chamber bypass.
Autoclave steam sterilizer is divided into portable high-pressure steam sterilizers, vertical high-pressure steam sterilizers, horizontal high-pressure steam sterilizers, etc. according to their style and size. They are composed of a sterilization chamber, a control system, protective devices (water level protection, temperature control protection, etc.), and a heating system.
