This series ethylene oxide sterilizer is the latest computer-controlled automatic sterilization equipment developed and produced by our company. It consists of constant temperature system and residual gas treatment system. When in use, you only need to press the operation button twice to realize complex processes such as automatic heating, vacuuming, vaporization, sterilization, and residue removal. Installation requirements for small ethylene oxide sterilizers：

1. The sterilization box should be installed in a special room with a ventilation device with a room temperature above 10°C. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited. It is not suitable for installation and storage in the basement.

2. The power supply is a dedicated line, the power supply is not shared with others, and has a reliable ground wire.

3. There are two ways to discharge the residual gas. One is to have an upper and lower water device, and use the gas decomposition box in the equipment to decompose the gas into water and discharge it into the floor drain.

4. The second is that the residual gas is directly discharged into the atmosphere, and the humidification water outlet is inserted into the bucket with a pipe connection (suitable for electric heating), and be careful not to lack water. The residual air outlet is firmly connected with the PU pipe, and the seal should be paid attention to. The other end is introduced into the outside of the room and directly connected to the atmosphere. There should be no fire source within 7 meters of the air outlet and good ventilation. Note that the rainproof air outlet has an elbow facing downwards.

5. The water inlet needs to be connected to an external water source. The minimum standard of water source is not tap water. Soft water is recommended. And the water pressure is not less than 2 kg. The device will automatically enter the water when it is turned on!
